ISOQACERT is the authorised Sri Lanka representative of LL-C (Certification), Czech Republic — an internationally accredited certification body recognised by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). We operate under the authority and standards of LL-C (Certification) for all certification-related activities.
Our operations are governed by the policies, procedures, and impartiality requirements of LL-C (Certification) and the applicable accreditation standards.
3. Services Described
ISOQACERT provides professional business-to-business services including:

Product certification and inspection services
Conformity and compliance assessments
Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Awareness training programs (ERCA-certified)

Important: The website is informational in nature. Formal service engagement begins only with a signed service agreement between ISOQACERT and the client organisation.
4. Use of This Website
Permitted use:

6. Certification Services Terms
The following terms apply to all certification services delivered by ISOQACERT:
- Certification is subject to a formal application, signed agreement, and successful completion of the audit process.
- Certification decisions are made independently and impartially in accordance with LL-C accreditation requirements and applicable ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards.
- Certificates remain the property of ISOQACERT/LL-C (Certification) and must be returned upon withdrawal, suspension, or expiry.
- Certified organisations must not misuse or misrepresent their certification scope, status, or marks.
- Ongoing surveillance audits are required to maintain certification validity. Failure to undergo surveillance audits within the required timeframe may result in suspension.
- ISOQACERT reserves the right to suspend or withdraw certification for non-conformance, failure to address non-conformities within agreed timeframes, or misuse of certification marks.
7. Training Services Terms
- Enrolment in training programs is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from ISOQACERT.
- Participants must meet any prerequisites stated for the specific training program.
- Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfactory attendance and, where applicable, passing an examination as required by the program.
- ERCA certification of trainers does not imply ERCA accreditation of the participant's organisation.
- ISOQACERT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training programs due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. Enrolled participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
8. Fees & Payment
- All fees for certification and training services are confirmed in writing prior to service commencement.
- Fees are quoted in the agreed currency (LKR or USD, as applicable) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms are as stated in the individual service agreement or invoice.
- Certification fees are non-refundable once the audit process has commenced.
- Training fees are refundable up to 7 days before the program start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date forfeit 50% of the program fee.
Note: All fee arrangements are subject to the specific terms outlined in the signed service agreement between ISOQACERT and the client.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during service delivery. This obligation extends to all documentation, audit findings, organisational information, and business data exchanged in the course of certification or training engagements.
ISOQACERT will not disclose client information to third parties except:
- As required by accreditation body oversight and audit processes
- Where required by legal obligation or court order
- With the client's explicit written consent
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISOQACERT shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our website or services
- Loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunity
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content
- Actions or decisions made by third parties (including LL-C, IAF, or regulatory bodies) in relation to certification outcomes
Our total liability in any matter arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimers
- ISO certification does not guarantee regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions. Certification attests to conformity with the specific management system standard and scope covered.
- Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free at all times.
- Certification outcomes depend on the organisation's demonstrated conformity during the audit process. ISOQACERT does not guarantee certification to any applicant.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISOQACERT, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, our website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
